If it did not, your heart would not beat and you would not deflect a blow that might injure the body. (So it makes decisions according to the programming of the mind in the body, correct?) That is correct? (It does not reason, but does deduce?) You should use another descriptive for reason, it does reason within its scope of protecting the body and keeping it in the best state of health as it is programmed to do. Some are programmed to kill the body, some are programmed to keep it alive. Some are programmed to create illness, bringing the focus on an emotional dysfunction. Those are not conscious decisions. Those are unconscious or subconscious thought pattern. As you have recognized in your work and do the most valuable work in regressing to these times of origin of thought, negative or positive. (It is the conscious level that origins thought, creates thought?) You have created a complex question. Would you restate your question in a simple form? (What is the main purpose for the conscious level of mind?) The human consciousness is a part of the spirit that sees a pattern beyond the physical form, or becomes blinded to that which is beyond the physical form, leading to a degeneration of physical, spiritual, emotional balance. Next question. (I have at times been in what we call altered state and been aware of cobwebs, or what looks like cobwebs, all over. Is there some kind of level that contains such a matter?) You call that many different things, such as ectoplasm. A substance that is seen by few with the optics, but sensed by most as part of the connective energy that holds things together. (Does thought move along these strands of ectoplasm?) Thought can create change and direct those strands, as you say, of ectoplasm. Thought can use the powerful energy to direct them to form a body, a physical thing, to look like, to be like. When this occurs, the ones who are interacting with these would sometimes be fooled and sometimes be aware of their activity. (I've heard talk of something called the Galactic Council. Is there such a council that directs the movements on earth?) People in the human form often try to find symbols, in fact they even create symbols that represent certain aspects of energy. It is likened to the old thought form of the creator being a man like object, or an old man who sits in judgments and creates all sorts of things for every part of this earth awareness and consciousness. We [spirits] are fragmented by many confusing thoughts while in the human form. One would do well to remember WE create what they think. Thought creates that which it focuses upon. You know that. The one in this body knows that. You teach much of what we speak of now.
