MUSCLE TESTING w/ NEURO-MUSCULAR RESPONSE

Neuro-Muscular Response (NMR) is a powerful method of testing muscle response that increases the accuracy of various muscle testing techniques such as applied kinesiology. As developed by Hugh Harmon, Ph.D. and refined over two decades of clinical practice and research by Dr. Harmon and Pamela Chilton, C.Ht., NMR, when correctly and precisely used, gains access to the truths of mind, body, brain and spirit as well as the programmed beliefs of the conscious and subconscious levels of the mind.

Muscle testing is done by testing how a muscle responds when pressure is applied to it, such as pressing down on an arm to test for a strong (positive) or weak (negative) response of the deltoid muscle. Muscle testing has been authenticated with Electroencephalogram (EEG) and Biofeedback research.

With Proper and Precise Testing of Muscle Response:

The connection between the mind, spirit and body can be demonstrated as well as how specific substances, emotions, thoughts, words, memories, relationships and experiences affect brain chemistry, behavior, physical and mental health and emotional well being.

Chakras (energy centers) and meridians (energy pathways) of the energy fields of the body can be tested to determine whether these are open or blocked and what is blocking them.

The origin and causes of mental, emotional and physical symptoms can be found; including but not limited to the origin and causes of illness, disease, allergies, stress, trauma, phobias, anxieties, mental and emotional blocks, addictions, compulsions, and destructive thoughts and behaviors.

Unconscious beliefs, thoughts and emotions negatively affecting the body, brain and behavior can be found.

"Lost" or "blocked" memories as well as memories of the soul (including "past lives", conception, gestation, birth and early childhood) can be discovered as well as the facts and fallacies of those memories discerned.

Spiritual guidance and metaphysical knowledge can be found, including the messages, meanings and validity of dreams, visions, psychic hunches, intuition, and mystical experiences.

Many believe it is the body that is providing the answers through testing of muscle response. As it is the subconscious that controls muscle response it is much more likely that it is the subconscious that provides these answers. (A supposition that can be tested through proper and precise testing of muscle response.)

As it is the subconscious level of mind that is the communication center for mind, body, and spirit it is also possible to use muscle response testing to elicit through the subconscious information from the cells as well as from the superconscious level of the mind and spiritual levels of the soul variously called The Higher Self, Intuitive Self, Spiritual Self, Knowing Self, Psychic Self.

As the testing of muscle response has become more widely used, it has become more widely misused. The correct answer through muscle responses is probably found less than 80 - 90% of the time because important criteria are not being applied.

NEURO-MUSCULAR RESPONSE (NMR) IS THE APPLYING

OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA FOR PRECISE AND PROPER

TESTING OF MUSCLE RESPONSE:

Isolating only ONE muscle for testing, rather than several which can give a false response. (Holding an arm straight out to the side or to the front will cause a false response, for example, as more than one muscle group is involved in holding the arm in this position. The best position for using an arm for muscle testing is half way between the side and the front of the body.)

Physically establishing a complete energy connection between the person doing the testing for muscle response and the person being tested. (This can be done by the tester placing one hand on the shoulder to stabilize the body and the other hand on the wrist to test the muscle response or by placing one hand on the right ankle and the other hand on the left ankle to test for muscle response with the legs. Testing with leg responses is preferable when there is a lot of testing to do as the arm tires rapidly when using it for muscle testing.)

Testing the energy flows of the body to be certain the correct positive and negative polarities of energy flow are present and correcting this if they are not.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: The mind of the person whose muscle response is being tested must be focused on what he or she is saying as muscle response is to the thought, not the spoken word, if these differ.

NOTE: Making statements rather than questions elicits a more definitive muscle response. Also, while it is possible for a person trained in muscle response to feel a strong or weak muscle response through his or her own hand or finger tips, it is much more validating to the person being tested to be able to SEE the response of his or her muscles. (If there is not a great differential between a strong and weak response, proper tapping of the thymus can correct this)..)

VERY, VERY IMPORTANT: The mind of the tester must be clear of all thoughts as any thought on the part of the tester affects the muscle responses of the person being tested.

THEREFORE: It is not wise to let anyone muscle test you who has an "agenda" - something to gain or lose by the result of the muscle response. If you do not trust the person doing the testing to be unbiased and emotionally unaffected by the responses to your muscle testing, DO NOT LET THIS PERSON TEST YOU.

On this note, muscle testing is extremely valuable and valid (when precisely and properly done) for use in therapy. However, testing statements or questions that can trigger traumatic emotions or memories should never be done with anyone other than a therapist qualified to work with trauma.

A person must be tested with the proper and precise use of muscle testing for the presence of spirit attachments before proceeding with the testing of statements or questions with muscle response because the presence of spirit attachments with the person being tested or the tester greatly affects muscle response.

While relatively few people are aware of the not uncommon "phenomena" of spirit attachments, such attachments do exist. When people die they become discarnates, meaning they are no longer incarnated in a physical body. Discarnates who do not want to move out of the physical realms because they are fearful or are still "caught up" in earthly concerns feel much more comfortable in a physical body. Thus they will merge their energy fields with the energy fields of physically embodied people who subconsciously allow this. This allows them to feel like they have a body even though the body does not belong to them and they do not have control of it. (Spirit possession is a spirit who tries to gain control of or has gained control of a body that does not belong to it.)

Discarnates and other spirits that are attached to a person or that are influencing that person can be found through the proper and precise use of muscle response testing. The type of spirits present and their influence can be found. The gender, age and identity of discarnate spirit attachments can be discovered as can the thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and concerns of these discarnates.

The presence of spirit attachments so greatly affects muscle response that any one not open to the possibility of such attachments should neither test nor be tested with muscle testing techniques.

To do so is to risk muscle responses that are 100% inaccurate!

The use of precise wording must be used to determine the source (conscious mind, subconscious mind, cells, inner child, alter ego, past life personality, spirit attachment, Higher Self, etc.) of the answers found through muscle responses.

Simple, not complex, statements, with a single subject and verb must be used or the muscle response will be confusing or wrong.

It is important to know the subconscious interprets words literally, thus careful attention must be paid to the literal meaning of the words and statements used.

NOTE: A positive (strong) muscle response to a substance placed on the body does NOT indicate the substance is good for the body. It indicates the substance is not a toxin or an allergen to the body. Further statements must be made to discover whether the substance is good for the body, needed by the body, how it will affect the body, how much is needed by the body, and how it will interact with other substances being taken by the body.
